Job Details:
- Position: Health Care Assistant
- Location: GP Surgery (two sites)
- System Used: SystmOne
- Start Date: January 2025
- Duration: 3 months
- Working Days: Monday, Friday, and one additional day (3 days per week)
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Key Duties:
- Advanced Wound Care
- Diabetes Reviews
- Asthma Reviews
Additional Information:
- Parking: On-site parking is available.
- Interview: A telephone interview will be required prior to the start date.
